Refund policy

This policy covers Tokyo2Us Ad-free, the only paid product sold by Luxury meridian LLC.

The subscription

• Tokyo2Us Ad-free costs $9.99 USD per month (Google Play shows the local price), billed through Whop, Stripe or Google Play.
• Free trial: 1 day on the website, 3 days in the Android app, one trial per person. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• After the trial it renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time (see How to cancel). After cancelling you keep ad-free access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.

Refunds

• Accidental renewals and duplicate charges are refunded on request. Email support@tokyo2us.store from your account address within 14 days of the charge.
• Google Play purchases are refunded under Google Play refund policy. Request them in Google Play or at play.google.com.
• Bookings made through partner links (flights, trains, buses, hotels and more) are sold by that partner. Refunds and changes are handled by the partner under its own terms.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
